rCycle Beta User Terms and Conditions Agreement

Welcome! By installing or using the rCycle app, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as-is” for BETA testing purposes and may have bugs or errors. Your feedback helps us improve the App, and we may use it without any obligation to compensate you.

2. Eligibility

• Be 18+ or have guardian consent.
• Reside in Canada.
• Agree to comply with this agreement and any additional instructions from rCycle.

3. License

We grant you a temporary, limited license to use the App for the purpose of BETA testing only.

4. Restrictions

• You may not share, sell, or modify the App or any of its related content.
• Reverse-engineer or use it unlawfully.

5. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all App-related details and information private, even after you stop using it.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property and rights related to the App and your feedback belong to rCycle.

7. Liability

rCycle is not responsible for damages like data loss or interruptions or any damages as outlined in our liability policy.

8. Privacy

rCycle may collect App usage data as per our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to this data collection.

9. Termination

rCycle may terminate your access anytime. You may leave by uninstalling the App and notifying us.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
